In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the oyo77 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with oyo77's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the oyo77 Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and oyo77. oyo77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. To register and maintain an Account on the oyo77 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. oyo77 strictly enforces this age limit in compliance with responsible gaming standards. Any Member found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
• You must be an individual natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as Members.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of oyo77, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by oyo77 or any recognised responsible gaming programme.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the oyo77 Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction of residence. oyo77 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction outside those where the Platform is licensed to operate.

To access the full range of oyo77 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.

You may hold only one Account on the oyo77 Platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. oyo77 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts; any accounts found to be in violation of this rule will be permanently suspended and all associated balances will be forfeited.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform remains accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change, you must notify oyo77 by contacting our support team promptly.

oyo77 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, provided that any real-money balance in a compliant Account will be returned to the Member through their verified payment method.

oyo77 is required, under the terms of its international gaming licence and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, before processing deposits above specified thresholds.

The KYC verification process requires Members to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unaltered copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence).
• Proof of Age: The identity document above must clearly show your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.

Deposits made via approved local bank transfer and e-wallet methods are credited to your Account instantly under normal operating conditions. oyo77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or public holidays observed by Indonesian financial institutions.

• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.
• All deposits must be funded from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• oyo77 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or via international wire transfer at this time.
• oyo77 reserves the right to return a deposit to its source if the payment method cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.
• Depositing solely to claim a bonus without genuine gaming intent is considered bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of funds and Account suspension.

Members may request withdrawal of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered Account holder.

• KYC Requirement: Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified Accounts may deposit and play but may not withdraw.

• Processing Time: Verified Account withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. During peak periods or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.
• Minimum and Maximum Amounts: Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier section. oyo77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Wagering Requirements: Any Bonus Balance credited to your Account must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Balance.
• Fraud Screening: Withdrawal requests may be subject to additional fraud and AML screening, which may extend the processing timeline. oyo77 will notify the Member if additional verification is required.

oyo77 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal pending the outcome of a fraud, security, or compliance investigation. Where an investigation concludes in the Member's favour, the withdrawal will be processed without further delay.

oyo77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. oyo77 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before the Bonus Balance and associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, virtual sports, and selected table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rate for each game category is set out in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of credit. Any Bonus Balance and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of this period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• oyo77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Members will be notified where practicable, but oyo77 is not obliged to maintain any particular promotional offering.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, use of automated betting software, or exploitation of perceived system errors — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

The oyo77 Platform offers a broad range of gaming products, including but not limited to: live dealer casino games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack), slot games, sports betting (including football, badminton, e-sports, and MotoGP), virtual sports, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery). The following general rules apply across all product categories:

• All bets placed on the oyo77 Platform are final once confirmed. Bets may not be amended, withdrawn, or cancelled after confirmation except where oyo77's specific game rules expressly permit a cash-out or early settlement option.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game round or betting market, oyo77 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return all stakes to Members. No compensation beyond the original stake will be payable in such circumstances.
• oyo77 strives to maintain accurate and up-to-date odds and game results. In the event of a manifest error in displayed odds, prices, or payout calculations, oyo77 reserves the right to void the affected bets at its reasonable discretion, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
• oyo77 does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, artificial intelligence wagering systems, or any other technology designed to obtain an unfair advantage over other Members or the Platform. Accounts found to be using such tools will be permanently suspended.
• For sports betting products, oyo77's trading team reserves the right to limit, void, or suspend betting on any event or market at any time, including in response to irregular betting patterns or at the request of the relevant sports governing body.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oyo77 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where warranted, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with oyo77.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a fictitious identity.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials without their express consent.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-financial crime legislation.
• Colluding with other Members, oyo77 employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to obtain an unfair advantage. Members who discover a bug are obligated to report it immediately to oyo77 support.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal of deposits after play has occurred, which constitutes fraud.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing oyo77 staff members or other Members via any communication channel.

• Any interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in the Platform's operation, including those caused by third-party service providers, telecommunications failures, or Force Majeure Events.
• Any unauthorised access to, or alteration of, your Account or data resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracies in game content, odds, or results supplied by third-party game providers, subject to oyo77's obligations to void affected bets as described in Clause 9.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, oyo77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude oyo77's liability for death or personal injury caused by oyo77's negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All content on the oyo77 Platform — including but not limited to its design, layout, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, game content, text, and data — is the property of oyo77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the oyo77 Platform solely for their personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Platform's software.
• Use oyo77's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without express prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror the oyo77 Platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of oyo77's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to legal action for injunctive relief and damages.
